The office knowledge assistant
The assistant that already knows your business.
Not a chatbot with generic answers. A staff assistant that reads your own systems, your own documents, and your own procedures, and answers the questions that interrupt your best people all day. It runs a real office today.
Connected to your stack
Your tools, connected by us during setup.
01 · Grounded in your systems
It answers from your data, or it says it can't.
The assistant reads your transaction platform or CRM, your task boards, your wiki, and your file storage. It reads whole spreadsheets and browses entire folders, so "that name is not in there" is a trustworthy answer, not a guess. Long documents are read section by section, so a 40-page vendor list answers letter-Z questions too.
- Reads whole spreadsheets and lists entire folders instead of guessing.
- Long documents read by section, so nothing past page ten is invisible.
- “Not in there” is a real answer it can stand behind.
Role-aware answers
Told, not shown. It knows who is asking.
02 · Knows who is asking
Some answers are for everyone. Some aren't.
Per-user logins mean the assistant answers by role. Public rates for everyone, internal figures for staff only. Someone without access is told the information is staff-only rather than shown it. Access rules live in the system, not in the AI's good intentions.
Flat form in, fillable form out
Checkboxes, typed fields, signature lines left clear, original layout kept, with a saved history. If a form converts badly, it says so instead of shipping junk.
03 · PDF to fillable forms
Your paper forms, made fillable.
Upload a flat form, an intake sheet, a contract, even a scan, and download a fillable version with the original layout kept. Intake packets, engagement letters, any paper your office still pushes around.
04 · When an answer is off
One tap turns a bad answer into a fix.
A quiet flag sits beside every reply. Tap it and a support ticket opens with the last five exchanges attached, pulled from the server-side log, so support sees exactly what was said without asking anyone to reproduce it. Chat history follows each person across web and phone, and admins get a chat viewer with stable reference numbers. The assistant is accountable, which is rarer than it should be.
Next step
See it on your own business.
A short call, a look at how your work actually flows, and a straight answer on whether this fits. No pressure, no obligation.
