The client support desk

A support desk your own office can run.

A branded portal for your business, an AI intake that files real tickets instead of chatting in circles, and a two-tier model where your office admin runs first line with our team one click behind her. It runs our clients today, including our own company.

AI intake, triage only

You: the printer in the front office keeps dropping off wifi
Assistant: which printer is it, and does it come back on its own or need a restart?
Filed: category, priority, device, impact, what was tried.

Illustrative exchange. It asks, then it files. It never pretends to fix.

01 · Intake that files real tickets

Describe the problem. Get a ticket, not a runaround.

Describe the problem in plain language. The assistant asks one or two clarifying questions, then files a structured ticket. It is triage only: it never fixes, never promises, and every failure path still files the ticket, so nobody is ever stranded talking to a dead bot. It also knows your business, so a realty office gets asked about its transaction platform and a service company about its job pipeline, not generic IT questions.

  • One or two clarifying questions, then a structured ticket. No loops.
  • Knows your business, so the questions are the right ones.
  • Every failure path still files the ticket. Tested by unplugging the AI.

Per-message visibility, enforced in one place, covered by tests.

02 · Support that stays yours

Your admin runs first line. We stay invisible behind her.

Your office admin sees your team's tickets, replies, resolves, or escalates to us with one button. Your staff only ever see her, and our replies to her stay invisible to the end user unless she chooses otherwise. Your team gets seamless support, and you keep the relationship.

03 · The unglamorous parts, done properly

Help before tickets, attachments, and honest numbers.

As someone types a request, the desk searches your business's own how-to library and offers the answer first, with filing still one click away. Attachments are checked by content, not trusted by file name. SLA tracking respects your business hours and sets after-hours expectations. And the analytics count never-answered tickets honestly instead of letting a median hide them. Behind your desk, our staff work from a cross-tenant inbox with AI-drafted replies a human edits and sends, and a research tool that reads the product code to hand engineers the exact spot, read-only and pinned to that client's own system.
