Trust & safety

Built so you never have to wonder what the AI just did.

Most AI products ask you to trust them. This one is built so you don't have to. A person approves everything outbound, every business's data is walled off from every other's, and there is a kill switch at every layer. Here is exactly how.

A person approves everything outbound

Every text, estimate, review reply, and post is a draft until someone at your business approves it. That is not a limitation we apologize for. It is the product. Kill switches sit at every layer: one flip stops all outbound sending, and social has its own separate switch.

Your data is isolated by construction

Each business gets its own separate data store, its own ticket numbering, and its own knowledge base. One client's documents are never searchable from another client's app. This is enforced in the architecture, not by a policy promise.

Self-hosted, not scattered

Your data lives on our own servers, not scattered across a pile of third-party SaaS products. Fewer vendors touching your information means fewer places for it to leak, and one accountable party when you have a question: us.

Your content is not AI training data

The AI features run under commercial API terms where the content sent to power them is processed to generate the requested output and is not used by us or the AI provider to train their models.

Everything is logged

Support access, helpdesk actions, and every time our team signs into a client app are audit-logged. If someone from our side was in your system, there is a record of when and why, and you can ask for it.

Backed up, versioned, tested

Nightly encrypted backups, all code in version control, and the support system alone ships with a 131-check automated test suite. Boring, unglamorous discipline is most of what trust actually is.

The AI's leash

What the AI can and cannot touch.

The AI that talks to you and your customers can read, answer questions, and write drafts. That is all it can do. It cannot send a message, delete anything, spend money, post anything, or make a promise on your behalf. Ever.

  • The AI writes drafts and answers questions. It cannot take action on its own.
  • Nothing goes out to a customer until a person at your business taps approve.
  • If the AI ever goes down, your request still reaches a real person. Nobody gets stuck talking to a dead bot.

Credentials & secrets

Passwords have their own rules.

Passwords and login details are kept in a locked digital vault, separate from everything else. The support system goes further: if anyone tries to type a password into a ticket, it refuses to save it. That rule is built into the system itself, not a policy we hope people follow.

  • Passwords live in a locked vault, not in spreadsheets or on sticky notes.
  • The support desk refuses to save a password if someone pastes one into a ticket.
  • We get warned before a password or key expires, without the system ever storing the password itself.

Employee location

On-shift route verification, with a real retention limit.

For businesses that use it, the app can record a technician's route while they are clocked in, so the office can verify job visits. It is off by default, the employee turns it on and off, and while it runs their phone shows a persistent indicator so it is never hidden. It never touches customers, only on-shift employees who switched it on.

Retention is enforced in code, not just promised: location points collected by on-shift route tracking are kept for 90 days and are then permanently deleted, by a job that runs hourly and on every startup. The same commitment is published in our privacy policy, word for word.

Behind the scenes

Your provider is watching the watchers.

Quantum Core MIP monitors every business agent's health, usage, and cost from one operations console, runs automated quality reviews on real conversations to catch weak answers before you do, and audit-logs every support login into any client app. We also run our own helpdesk, our own site monitoring, and our own AI quality loops on the exact same platform. If it were not good enough for our business, it would not be running yours.
