Trust & safety
Built so you never have to wonder what the AI just did.
Most AI products ask you to trust them. This one is built so you
don't have to. A person approves everything outbound, every business's data is walled off from every
other's, and there is a kill switch at every layer. Here is exactly how.
A person approves everything outbound
Every text, estimate, review reply, and post is a draft until someone at your business approves it.
That is not a limitation we apologize for. It is the product. Kill switches sit at every layer:
one flip stops all outbound sending, and social has its own separate switch.
Your data is isolated by construction
Each business gets its own separate data store, its own ticket numbering, and its own knowledge
base. One client's documents are never searchable from another client's app. This is enforced in
the architecture, not by a policy promise.
Self-hosted, not scattered
Your data lives on our own servers, not scattered across a pile of third-party SaaS products.
Fewer vendors touching your information means fewer places for it to leak, and one accountable
party when you have a question: us.
Your content is not AI training data
The AI features run under commercial API terms where the content sent to power them is processed to
generate the requested output and is not used by us or the AI provider to train their models.
Everything is logged
Support access, helpdesk actions, and every time our team signs into a client app are audit-logged.
If someone from our side was in your system, there is a record of when and why, and you can ask
for it.
Backed up, versioned, tested
Nightly encrypted backups, all code in version control, and the support system alone ships with a
131-check automated test suite. Boring, unglamorous discipline is most of what trust actually is.
